Our product advisor will assist any enquiry in finding the product that meets customer's exact needs. Customer can directly contact any of our officer or representative nearest to them for any queries about our range of products. We also provide pre-sales responses for many of our current products. Even though we have dedicated staffs to reading and providing detailed and personalised responses to customer's enquiry through mails within two business days.

CUSTOMER CARE REPAIR/ EXCHANGE

Our support technicians are trained and experienced to assist customers in various stages beginning from Installation to troubleshooting. Customers can contact us, or any of our authorized representatives near to their location for any kind of service/repair. We utilize an extensive service network with well-equipped diagnosing tools; industry trained personal and service centers. We offers specially designed pre-packed service and support contracts which can be mutually agreed upon with us or any of our representatives.

Further extending our service base to entire India as and when requirement arises.
